Inside The Manufacturing Plant And Processing
At Abhishek Global Ventures, every garment goes through a streamlined, quality-driven process to ensure perfection at every step.
Cutting SOP:
We begin with GSM testing, color fastness, fabric checks, and color matching, followed by layer inspection, marker and bundle checks, and print panel verification, ensuring each piece is precisely cut and ready for stitch.
Stitching SOP:
The process starts with a first-piece check, a pilot run (S.Set), and continuous in-line and end-line inspections, finishing with a line-out once quality is confirmed.
Checking Process:
Post-stitching, garments go through quality checks, thread cutting, pressing, measurements, and a final check. After packing and a Pre-Final Inspection (Pre-FI), approved items are dispatched to the warehouse.
